For this project I used saturated, low-key lighting and intimate close-ups to create a mysterious, suspense-leaning atmosphere that visually misleads the audience before revealing a lighter, ironic truth.
I used period-accurate Victorian costuming for the male lead and a timeless, all-white look for the female character to contrast reality and abstraction within a mysterious thriller setting.
